Really want to know the story behind this one. Is “Cat? a construction worker, who fell from the building, was rushed across the street, and put in a room facing his former workplace? Did a tagger get injured, and his buddies just snuck up there one night with a spray can? Did somebody bribe the site foreman to allow his building to be turned into the world’s largest Hallmark card?
